I found Motorlogix on a search engine and contacted them with regards to the purchase of a new Audi A4 Avant S Line.

Firstly, apologies for not getting to this until now, but I wanted to write to you both once both my wife's car purchase and my own were completed.
Firstly, my wife's car, (Black Seat Ibiza Sport - March 06) delighted with the service, price and the product. Dealer was very accommodating and courteous and what we collected was exactly as ordered, no complaints whatsoever. The saving we made by going through you far outweighed logistical cost / time of going to collect it and drive it back to Glasgow.
Secondly, my own car, (Red Seat Altea Stylance - June 06), aside from the £1400 saving, both yourselves and the dealer were very informative and kept me up-to-date with the car's progress. Even though there was a last-minute delay and I couldn't collect it as arranged (beyond everyone's control), the car was delivered to my door as soon as it became available, to avoid any inconvenience to me, which was a nice touch.
For both cars, our local dealers either couldn't get near the price you offered, or tried to sell us something that was the wrong spec, wrong colour, basically anything but what we were each looking for.
Now that we're living with both cars, we're absolutely delighted with everything about our purchases. Rest assured when people ask where we got out cars (as they don't have typical Glasgow registrations) we are only too pleased to tell them about Motorlogix, and our purchasing experience, and I would encourage anyone to buy a car this way. .

I picked up my new Passat Estate on Friday - 3 weeks earlier than the original estimated delivery date
I've been very impressed with the whole process of buying through Motorlogix. Everything was handled very quickly and efficiently, from the initial enquiry right through to picking up the car. I was able to specify exactly the options I wanted (factory and dealer fit), and the price was significantly better than the one I'd be quoted by local dealers.
Like other customers, I was apprehensive about using an internet-based service. But the fact that the order was with a franchised dealer, and payment (apart from your fee) was made directly to them, allayed any concerns I had.
Laura at the Dealer was also very helpful and professional, and spent time explaining the various features of the car during the handover.

Nick, we took delivery of the X-Type estate yesterday morning. The dealer stated it would be with us about 9am and arrived at 9.10 having been delivered 280 miles by the dealer.
We were a little sceptical about the 'internet' process, having always gone directly to main dealers, but it has been seamless from dealing with yourselves to the excellent treatment from the dealer who kept us informed as to what was happening and ensuring we were happy with the arrangments made.

Optilan recently needed to change a company vehicle . Having identified the vehicle required we merely passed the details to Motorlogix. Contact was made to confirm our requirements and within days a vehicle had been sourced and the relevant paperwork dispatched.
An order was placed and delivery date confirmed. The necessary exchange of finances was completed with minimal fuss and the vehicle delivered with no problems. The ease of ordering and receipt of the vehicle was fantastic - our thanks to Motorlogix.

I picked up the car last week and would like to say a BIG THANK YOU for your great service.
First of all, I saved nearly £2500 going through you, when I couldn't find anyone else in the UK willing to give me a discount. Apart from the saving I was also very happy with the service you provided.
From the initial enquiry to the time I placed the order it took just 4 hours. In between I was able to speak to the Audi dealer to assure myself that the car was sourced from the UK. I also appreciated the fact that you didn't pressurise me into a sale and the quality of your administration, in terms of your order confirmation and paperwork was very good.
The car arrived on time (or should I say before time, as the dealer kindly looked after the car for 3 weeks whilst I was on holiday) and to the exact specifications. Please say thank you to Marc at the dealer for his great service.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Motorlogix to all my family and friends.

What a great Site ! It was very simple to get prices for the various different models and the discounts shown were also very impressive.
Usually I hate using websites that require you to fill in details and wait for a response, but in this case, Motorlogix had already called me back before I'd even had chance to exit the website. Their knowledge and understanding of the brands was excellent plus they gave me some good advice about the options I had asked for and how they may impact upon re-sale.
When you think I went to the local Bristol Audi dealer on 2 occasions to get a price comparison for the specification I wanted but they still hadn't called me back some 4 weeks later!
All the way through my questions were answered quickly and the process has been transparent throughout. Once I had placed my order I received a prompt call from the supplying Dealer, confirming my order had been placed with the factory - Great customer service!! Compare this to my dreadful experience at my local Dealer as well as the discount achieved and I can't see why anyone would look elsewhere. I have to say that I was very impressed with the whole process from start to finish- I've now referred several friends to Motorlogix.

I contacted MOTORLOGiX interested in buying a Golf V6 4Motion after my local Dealer had refused to give me a discount. Their website was easy to follow and offered the best price I'd seen on both the car and extras.
Andy quickly found me a car that matched all my requirements, explained the order process and promptly took care of all the order documentation. He not only gave me sound advice on buying the new car, but also managed the sale and collection of my part-exchange.
My new car was delivered to me about 2 weeks ago by the nominated Dealer and I love it. Using Motorlogix has saved me £2,510, with a level of service to match. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone else looking for a new car.

Motorlogix had been recommended to me by a friend so after finding them on the net I rang them to discuss what I was looking for. As well as finding me a good price they made a couple of suggestions on alternative vehicles and gave me some excellent advice.
Motorlogix not only saved me £1095, but they found me a car available for delivery in 4 weeks compared with the 10-12 weeks I'd been offered elsewhere. It's great to find a company who really do look after their customers and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. I still can't believe how easy they made the whole process
